Very experienced staff on hand. My Tuxedo jacket was a little too tight around the shoulders and my shirt sleeves were too short when I went to pick up. In any event, no problems, they ordered a next size up jacket and shirt and I picked up a few days later. As far as the tux itself; did not look like a “run of the mill” rental. I would def rent from them again.
