The following policy applies to rental orders only.
You agree and acknowledge that you are renting the Products and that ownership of the Products remains with Tuxedo by Sarno at all times.
Rental Fees and Credit Card Authorizations
The rental fee (“Rental Fee") for the Products will cover the Rental Fees, Accidental Damage Waiver, taxes, and any other associated charges detailed on the checkout page of our website in connection with your rental order. Upon placing your order for Products, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the Rental Fee. You represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method (including, without limitation, credit cards) for the purpose of renting the Products as described herein The customer further agrees that all charges assessed against the customer in connection with this rental agreement including but not limited to charges described below for late return of, damages to, or loss of rental apparel may be charged against the credit card account used to pay rental charges.
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to use will result in the forfeiture of $50.00 of the rental fee. Orders Cancelled within 14 days of use will result in the forfeiture of $75.00 of the rental fee. No refunds of any kind are made after merchandise has been shipped or picked up.
Damage and Handling Fee
A non-refundable and mandatory Damage and Handling Fee is automatically added to your rental. The fee covers the cost of minor repairs to the rental, and the costs associated with the inspection, quality control, and processing of the rental. If we determine that a rental is damaged beyond repair, or if a rental is not returned, you will also be charged the full replacement cost of the item(s).
Receiving and Return of Rental Items
In Store Pickup
You should expect your rental to be available for pick-up 2 days before your event. We require an in-store final fitting prior to use.
In Store Return
Your rental including any replacement items must be returned to the store the first day following the date of use. Any rentals not returned on time will be charged a $20.00 per day extended rental fee. We are not responsible for any personal property left in a returned rental, packaging, or garment bag.
Shipments to Your Home, Venue, or Place of Business
We require that you try on your garment within 12 hours of receipt to allow time for any changes. If you have questions or concerns with the fit of any items, please call the location where you were fitted, and they will order any replacement items needed. Any item changed will be delivered to the store for pickup provided 48-hour notice is given. Charges may apply for items shipped direct to the customer by shipping carrier standard or express service. You should expect your rental to arrive 3 days before your event, provided adequate notice is given. Orders must be called into the store no later than 3:45 pm to be shipped the same day. We only ship to a verified United States Postal Service residence, office, or hotel street address within the continental US (we cannot ship to a P.O. Box).
Return by Shipping Carrier
Your rental including any replacement items needs to be returned to the shipping carrier drop off location or returned to the store, the first day following the date of use. Any rentals not returned on time will be charged a $20.00 per day extended rental fee. We are not responsible for any personal property left in a returned rental, packaging, or garment bag.
