at Destiny USA (Syracuse) and was very impressed with the staff and the experience. They moved very quickly yet thoroughly through the groomsmen and got us on our way in a short amount of time. I’d like to give a 5 star review however the facilities were a bit worn, could use some financial investment especially in the fitting areas which appeared to be quite worn in from what I recall. The $226 rental for a 1 night event (likely have the tux on for approximately 6 hours) is a bit steep and would like to see Tuxedo Junction take a hard look at the revenue model and see if they can’t sacrifice a little for the sake of the common man.

Gregg made our day so personalized and special. He followed all my requests and still added personal touches to make it all about Greg and I. We were having so much fun we forgot about the photo booth. I think I need you to sent the pictures from the booth again. Katherine (daughter) got them when I was gone and I can’t find them.LOL

My favorite thing he did was the frosting kiss!!!! Perfection!!!!!

Gregg also kept us informed of the schedule and how we were doing. We made changes on the fly and it worked so well.

The 3minute Dollar dance was a huge hit and I won!!! Just shy of $800… my jeweler was at the wedding and announced she would match the amount….. so I’ll be headed to get myself a piece of jewelry to remind me of that fun and memorable dance.

The tux fit very well. The only thing was that the first person who fitted me mis-measured me. At the initial try on when the tux was delivered…the tux jacket was too small and the tux shirt was too big. After changing the garment sizes it fit very well. It just cost me an additional visit.

Everyone looked great for the wedding and pictures. Pick up and drop off was easy, although we had to request a few extra days for drop off since the original return date was the day after the wedding, which just wasn’t practical. It also would have been nice to receive the suits earlier than they were available, so that any changes could be made if necessary, and also to allow more flexibility in pickup times.

Tom was friendly and professional. My son and his groomsmen were fitted in the other Sarno location, and I was able to use the Denville location which was more convenient for me.

Tom and his team provided excellent measuring service for each of us who went in, and made the process of making any necessary final adjustments as painless as possible. They were very thorough and pleasant. My only complaint was that the one cufflink was broken. I discovered the broken cufflink when I was dressing for the wedding. I told the Sarno representative when I returned the tuxedo on Sunday, 11/10/24 and he apologized for the inconvenience.

A couple of folks needed to be re-measured and then pick up new items, and that’s really the only knock of constructive criticism (getting the right measurements the first time, so there’s no worry).

My only complaint was the tuxedo shirt studs would not stay in place. They seemed undersized for the application or the button holes on the shirt were possibly worn and not tight enough to hold the studs.

and the associate was helpful. However, on the day of the wedding, I was surprised that the shirt didn’t fit me as expected. The shirt I tried on when I was initially measured (about a month before the wedding) was fine, but the actual shirt I received was too small. Turns out that I received a fitted shirt, which was very uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for the vest, which hide the problem to some degree, I would have been in trouble. Also, I never received the neck extender button which also contributed to some discomfort.

The service was top-notch—very attentive and professional. The tuxedo quality was excellent, and the fit was perfect. Highly recommend!

I needed a quick turnaround on my wedding suit, as well as suits for my groomsmen — I was turned down at a few other shops because it was not enough notice, but Jay assured me from the very beginning that he could help. Less than two weeks out from my wedding, the crew at Dante Zeller got me and my groomsmen fitted and set up with some truly stunning suits. Mine fit perfectly on the first try! After having a very unpleasant experience with Men’s Warehouse my now wife called and spoke with one of the women who turned everything around was able to get our group fitting in and helped us keep with in our budget. The fitting processes was very smooth and efficient especially since there were so many of us one of who was my 4 year old son who was not happy about the fitting at all. Everyone was very polite and accommodating when we needed changes made. Would highly recommend you to anyone who needs suits or tuxedos and we will definitely use you again in the future if we are in need.

I understand that it is a work suit, but for $250 I would expect to get a higher quality material and general feel.
