I understand the store was busy, but if we are paying for a product, we hope we are able to be completely sure of what we are getting and that we are satisfied. We had a group appointment, so I was hoping the attention would be there, but it felt limited. If a store chooses to close on Sundays and to close at 5pm on Saturdays, that is fine. But it goes without saying that because of the limited hours, the store should expect to be busier the other hours. Therefore, the store should limit itself to be by-appointment only, or to find a way to ensure consumers receive complete service and do not feel rushed.
