Had a phenomenal experience at your shop yesterday. I’m not accustomed to the process of getting fitted for a rental tuxedo; and therefor I expected it would be a time consuming process; similar to going to a regular tailor for a fitting or alterations. However, I was happy to be mistaken. The process was quick and straightforward. Also, the tailor that worked with me is a standup guy. He answered all of my questions, was extremely pleasant and passionate about his profession, and that’s cool to see. So, in conclusion; I had a great experience.
