Lost 1 star due to timing – there was a lack of communication on how long it would take to get things in and we ended up having to scramble to find a shirt for the middle child because his didn’t fit and they advised us to just purchase a shirt vs them trying to fit one. Then, we were notified on Wednesday night before the wedding that we could pick up the suit pieces that we needed to re-fit. I’m glad that we were not traveling anywhere for the wedding – it would have been nice to know the timings of pick ups so we could make sure that someone would be around up to the wedding date to do pick-ups. Otherwise, everything else was good and the drop off after the wedding was easy.
