Came in 2 weeks before prom for fitting. I had to call Tuesday (prom was that Saturday) to see if it was in to try on. Women looked for my name and stated it was still processing. Received a call Thursday that tux was in. What bothered me was that friends of mine took their sons in the last minute and had their tux way before I did. Prices were also outrageous…..but was very happy with the end result.
