superlative from the first call to get details about what we needed for wedding preparation to the fit, measurements, personal care, attention to detail, flexibility in responding to requested changes, tux delivery, alterations, pick up, return…. Steve and his family treated us all as if we were part of his family. The products and services were only outdone by the genuine care and kindness of all who helped us and did the actual work. This is a remarkable family who work with individual customers as if they were the only customer for whom they were responsible. I could not be more thankful and grateful for all of their guidance and palpable authentic care. Did I mention personal care? I think I did, but whatever laudatory comments made were not equal to what I experienced.
