TERMS & CONDITIONS
OF RENTAL AGREEMENT

In consideration for the use of the rental apparel, the customer agrees as follows:
1. We require an in-store final fitting prior to use. Customers declining this fitting assume full responsibility. Ample notice must be given to make any adjustments needed. All pick-ups are after 5pm.
2. A non-refundable rental deposit of $75.00 is required at time of reservation. Orders placed within 7 days of use require payment in full.
3. There will be an additional $10.00 fee for any changes made within 14 days of use.
4. Customer agrees to return this rental by first day following use or pay a $20.00 per day extended rental fee.
5. Apparel not returned in good condition within four (4) days of use date shall be deemed lost or stolen. We may elect at that time to charge the full retail value of the rental apparel.
6. Customer agrees that we are not responsible or liable for personal items left in the apparel.
7. The customer further agrees that all charges assessed against the customer in connection with this rental agreement including but not limited to charges described above for late return of, damages to, or loss of rental apparel may be charged against the credit card account used to pay rental charges.
8. We accept the following methods of payment- cash, Visa, MasterCard (Amex and Discover in some locations). For Credit Card Payments by phone the authorized card holder will be required to sign the rental and credit card agreement at time of pick-up.
9. Cancellations more than 14 days prior to use will result in the forfeiture of $50.00 of the rental fee. Orders canceled within 14 days of use will result in the forfeiture of $75.00 of the rental fee. No refunds of any kind are made after merchandise has been picked up.
10. A $10.00 non-refundable Damage and Handling Fee is automatically added to your rental. The fee covers the cost of minor repairs to the rental, and the costs associated with the inspection, quality control, and processing of the rental. If we determine that a rental is damaged beyond repair, or if a rental is not returned, you will also be charged the full replacement cost of the item(s).
11. Use date changes within 14 days of original use date will incur a $25.00 reproduction fee.
12. We require an imprint of a credit card for all rentals. This will cover any extended rental fees or replacement costs which may be incurred. The credit card will not be charged at the time of order for these fees or costs, but we reserve the right (and you hereby expressly authorize us) to charge the credit card for all costs and expenses incurred for violation of this rental agreement.
13. A security deposit or credit card on file is required for all rentals and is due prior to pick-up.
