I had my wedding in August, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the location in Hanover. The gentleman running the location was amazing and incredibly helpful. Above and beyond does not quite cover his level of care and dedication. There was a small hiccup with our tuxedos that was obviously no fault of his own, and he went very much out of his way to help and make our lives easier.  He is exactly who I would want running any sort of customer-based business. I have also been in other weddings with similar good experiences with this business. Thank you and the tuxedos looked phenomenal.

I flew into New Jersey for a friends wedding after being fitted for my Tux in Florida. There were several fitment issues even though I lost 18lbs between fitting and Tux pickup for the wedding. They were able to make adjustments right in store while I waited the day before the ceremony. Thank god they were able to fix what my local Fort Myers Tux show.

My wife had an issue with a scuff on one of the shoes and made me request another pair (wearing for our daughter’s wedding on 8/23). I didn’t think it was a problem, but what do I know. Anyway, replacement was provided and customer service with Sam. She was great! Replacement shoes worked out. The event went well and everyone commented on how good I looked in your suit!

Tuxedo fit beautifully. I’ve had many tuxedos from sorrows and they never do anything but a perfect job.

We had groomsmen all from various areas so they went to 2-3 different locations and they all had the best experience at all the different stores they ended up going to. They rented the suits, vest, and shoes and all looked very high quality and fit really well.

All of our wedding party got their suits and went to the same location. The team working at Robinson Town Center Mall Location were always professional and had amazing customer service. We even went to pick up a few suits on a day where it was really busy and the customer service was still top notch. As a bride getting anxious as the suits came in about a week prior, they were able to even calm my nerves. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone needing a tux or a suit to go to this location! I will also be sharing my recommendation in the bride groups for the surrounding areas.

at Destiny USA (Syracuse) and was very impressed with the staff and the experience. They moved very quickly yet thoroughly through the groomsmen and got us on our way in a short amount of time. I’d like to give a 5 star review however the facilities were a bit worn, could use some financial investment especially in the fitting areas which appeared to be quite worn in from what I recall. The $226 rental for a 1 night event (likely have the tux on for approximately 6 hours) is a bit steep and would like to see Tuxedo Junction take a hard look at the revenue model and see if they can’t sacrifice a little for the sake of the common man.

Gregg made our day so personalized and special. He followed all my requests and still added personal touches to make it all about Greg and I. We were having so much fun we forgot about the photo booth. I think I need you to sent the pictures from the booth again. Katherine (daughter) got them when I was gone and I can’t find them.LOL

My favorite thing he did was the frosting kiss!!!! Perfection!!!!!

Gregg also kept us informed of the schedule and how we were doing. We made changes on the fly and it worked so well.

The 3minute Dollar dance was a huge hit and I won!!! Just shy of $800… my jeweler was at the wedding and announced she would match the amount….. so I’ll be headed to get myself a piece of jewelry to remind me of that fun and memorable dance.

from selecting a tuxedo style, tie, and pocket square to a complete set of measurements in about 20 minutes. Mark was extremely efficient and answered all of my questions immediately displaying his knowledge of wedding etiquette and his extensive experience in the tuxedo fitting and rental field.

The tux fit very well. The only thing was that the first person who fitted me mis-measured me. At the initial try on when the tux was delivered…the tux jacket was too small and the tux shirt was too big. After changing the garment sizes it fit very well. It just cost me an additional visit.

Everyone looked great for the wedding and pictures. Pick up and drop off was easy, although we had to request a few extra days for drop off since the original return date was the day after the wedding, which just wasn’t practical. It also would have been nice to receive the suits earlier than they were available, so that any changes could be made if necessary, and also to allow more flexibility in pickup times.

Tom was friendly and professional. My son and his groomsmen were fitted in the other Sarno location, and I was able to use the Denville location which was more convenient for me.

They were very thorough and pleasant. My only complaint was that the one cufflink was broken. I discovered the broken cufflink when I was dressing for the wedding. I told the Sarno representative when I returned the tuxedo on Sunday, 11/10/24 and he apologized for the inconvenience.

A couple of folks needed to be re-measured and then pick up new items, and that’s really the only knock of constructive criticism (getting the right measurements the first time, so there’s no worry).
