Entry Level Marketing Position

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person to join our marketing department and help achieve our goals. You will have duties implementing marketing strategies, digital and otherwise.

This position will help you expand your marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Look forward to gaining broad experience in marketing. Be prepared to work in a flexible environment where forward-thinking is always welcomed.

Tuxedo by Sarno is a family owned and operated business with a warehouse located in Scranton, PA. We specialize in men’s formalwear for life’s celebrations: wedding, prom, quinceañera, semi-formal and other formal black tie events. We have the largest selection of formalwear of anyone on the Eastern Seaboard and work within a network of 40 locations from New Hampshire to Virginia. Over the last few years, our company has grown exponentially, largely due to the efforts of our marketing department.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Assisting with customer service tasks, including emails and phone calls
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Keeping online business listings up to date
  • Responding to online reviews and various customer feedback
  • Designing digital ad and signage for stores and events
  • Researching the best processes for targeted marketing
  • Participate in the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans
  • Working as part of our team to help achieve our long-term goals

Desirable skills:

  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Dreamweaver
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge in marketing, digital marketing, promotion, advertising, social media and/or building media presence
  • The ability to multitask and tackle a task at a moment’s notice
  • The ability to provide creative ideas to enhance our team
  • A willingness to learn and grow as we learn and grow as a company
  • A positive attitude that energizes those around you
  • Extraordinary focus on the customer and their needs, no matter the circumstances
