Prom Model Search 2026

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The Prom Model Search is open to high school students located in New Jersey and surrounding areas. Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. Parental or guardian consent will be required for all finalists and winners.

2. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must submit both:

   • One high-resolution photo of themselves

   • A valid URL to a TikTok video or Instagram Reel featuring the entrant

   Submitted photos should be clear, high quality, and not thumbnail-sized.

3. Photo Requirements

   • Photos must feature only the entrant

   • Group photos, selfies, photos with animals, or inappropriate content will not be accepted

   • Professional photos are preferred but not required

   • Photos may feature entrants of any gender

4. Rights and Usage
   By submitting an entry, the entrant (and their parent or legal guardian, if under 18) grants Tuxedo By Sarno a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use submitted photos and videos for marketing, advertising, promotional, and social media purposes, with or without the entrant being selected as a winner, and without additional compensation.

5. Content Review
   Tuxedo By Sarno reserves the right to disqualify any submission that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, incomplete, or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

6. No Purchase Necessary
   No purchase is required to enter or win.

7. Voting and Selection
   Community voting will take place on the Tuxedo By Sarno website during the published voting window. Winners will be selected based on voting results and eligibility compliance. Tuxedo By Sarno reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify fraudulent or manipulated votes.

8. Winner Notification
   Winners will be contacted directly using the contact information provided at entry and may also be announced on Tuxedo By Sarno social media channels. Failure to respond within a reasonable time frame may result in forfeiture.

9. Fittings and Participation Requirements

   • Male winners must attend a fitting at their closest Tuxedo By Sarno location

   • Female winners must attend a dress fitting at Aimee Michelle Bridal in Cherry Hill Township

   • Winners must be available on February 22 for the official photoshoot

   Failure to attend required fittings or the photoshoot will result in disqualification.

10. Release Forms
    All winners must sign a model and media release form prior to or at their first fitting. Entrants under 18 must have the release signed by a parent or legal guardian. Failure to submit signed releases will result in disqualification.

11. Compensation and Prizes
    Winners who complete all required steps will receive a free prom tux rental and $100. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

12. Transportation
    Winners are responsible for their own transportation to and from fittings and the photoshoot.

13. General Conditions
    Tuxedo By Sarno reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances compromise the integrity of the promotion.
