We are a SUPER busy family, so getting on the ball with my sons tux for prom was imperative. For my son, between school, sports and work, scheduling was a task by itself. Adding my own schedule in the mix became nearly impossible. Rusty worked with us to identify a time within days of our initial conversation. Unfortunately, life happens and we completely forgot about the appointment. When I remembered, I immediately called and Rusty was amazing. He was very patient and kind and offered to reschedule immediately. I was nervous about missing another appointment so I decided on a walk in appointment. The following week, I seen an oportunity and reached out to request an appointment same day (outside of normal hours). Rusty immediately responded and accomodated the request without hesitation. He took his time and explained each option to my son and I. He didn’t try to pressure us to purchase items that we didn’t need. He made the process seamless! Even my son (who enjoys NOTHING) spoke about how great the experience was! 10 STARS!!
