I’ve rented tuxes from Donte Zeller (Verona location) at least 5 or 6 times in the last 6 years and never had any issues. The most recent experience wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t as smooth as the past. After I was measured for my tux I explained to the gentleman that I have another wedding exactly one week after in another state and I needed additional measurements. I don’t feel that the additional measurements were out of the ordinary (chest, pant inseam, etc) but the gentlemen refused and said they are not trained to take those measurements. I thought that was an odd statement but I didn’t make a big deal about it. I talked to the other guys in my group that also got fitted and some of them informed me they were not denied of the additional measurements. Besides that experience, everything has gone smoothly.
