I have been to quite a few weddings in the past years some I was in some I was just guest. Now it was time for my wedding and I wanted to go somewhere that isn’t like every other “warehouse” and I am glad I came here, the tux fit great and I got a lot of compliments not as much as my wife but that is what I was shooting for.

Everyone looked great for the wedding and pictures. Pick up and drop off was easy, although we had to request a few extra days for drop off since the original return date was the day after the wedding, which just wasn’t practical. It also would have been nice to receive the suits earlier than they were available, so that any changes could be made if necessary, and also to allow more flexibility in pickup times.

Tom was friendly and professional. My son and his groomsmen were fitted in the other Sarno location, and I was able to use the Denville location which was more convenient for me.

for making me look just as good as the bride, lol!!! The Tuxedo was perfect!!! Thank you all again.

My tux arrived a week before the wedding and I tried it on a few days before. Everything fit perfectly, returned it back the next day and all and all the experience was painless. Thank you Jen!

its manager Tom, and his entire team for my wedding which was on November 1, 2024. They provided a tux for me as well as suits for my groomsmen, my father, our officiant, and our “bridesman.”

Tom and his team provided excellent measuring service for each of us who went in, and made the process of making any necessary final adjustments as painless as possible. They were able to provide different styles for those in the wedding with different roles and provided great recommendations whenever we needed expert input. Also, Tom has great recommendations for lunch spots in the Denville area!

Sales representatives were always responsive and detailed with dates and timings for pickups, drop-offs, and any deadlines. Suits fit well for all who used them. Would recommend to others for events.

They were very thorough and pleasant. My only complaint was that the one cufflink was broken. I discovered the broken cufflink when I was dressing for the wedding. I told the Sarno representative when I returned the tuxedo on Sunday, 11/10/24 and he apologized for the inconvenience.

A couple of folks needed to be re-measured and then pick up new items, and that’s really the only knock of constructive criticism (getting the right measurements the first time, so there’s no worry).

Appreciate your work & positive attitudes.

very simple quick and easy very stress free

My only complaint was the tuxedo shirt studs would not stay in place. They seemed undersized for the application or the button holes on the shirt were possibly worn and not tight enough to hold the studs.

Tux quality was perfect everything was amazing!

and the associate was helpful. However, on the day of the wedding, I was surprised that the shirt didn’t fit me as expected. The shirt I tried on when I was initially measured (about a month before the wedding) was fine, but the actual shirt I received was too small. Turns out that I received a fitted shirt, which was very uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for the vest, which hide the problem to some degree, I would have been in trouble. Also, I never received the neck extender button which also contributed to some discomfort.

The service was top-notch—very attentive and professional. The tuxedo quality was excellent, and the fit was perfect. Highly recommend!

were 10/10. Service was above and beyond great and process was smooth. All staff courteous and helpful and quick too.

they weren’t ready a week prior like we were told. However when they came in if they needed any adjustment (which 3 did) they fixed them on the spot and looked amazing! Also very attentive to phone calls to change tie colors.

Tuxes were high quality. Easy try ons and any tuxedos we had an issue with were remedied quickly. Easy reruns. Price point was fair. Very happy with experience!!

Communication was great! Everything fit perfectly. Only bad thing we’re the shoes. They were very slippery and a couple groomsmen fell.
