Winners will be chosen and announced on Friday, April 5th. We’ll be announcing them on our Kingston, Scranton, and Dickson City Facebook pages, and the winners will be contacted directly with next steps! Thank you to all who participated!
Terms and Conditions:
1. All photo files uploaded for the Prom Model Search should be as high in resolution as possible. Please do not submit thumbnail-sized files.
2. All photo entries must be the property of the entrant prior to submission. Upon submission, all photos become the property of Tuxedo By Sarno, and the entrant grants all usage rights to Tuxedo By Sarno.
3. Photos must only show the entrant. Photos can be any gender! Professional pictures are preferred. Group photos, photos with animals, and selfies will not be considered. (Please note that due to the nature of this photoshoot, all female entrants will be asked to wear a suit or tuxedo that will be custom-fitted.)
4. Any submitted photo may be used in Tuxedo By Sarno marketing materials or serve as inspiration for a future professionally produced photo regardless of whether it wins in one of our categories and without compensation to the entrant.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. Entrants must be located in or around the Scranton area.
7. Any photo submission deemed inappropriate will not be considered for inclusion in the contest in any capacity.
8. Winning entrant will be asked to supply a HI-RESOLUTION version of winning photo.
9. Our committee withholds the right to make the final selection of winners along with the top vote-getters.
10. The winners will be chosen by April 3rd. Tuxedo By Sarno will contact the winning entrants via email. Winners will also be announced on our social platforms.
11. Upon being contacted, the winners must get fitted by April 7th, 2024 for their outfits. The photoshoot date is set as April 13th, 2024, with a makeup date being April 14th, 2024, and will take place in the Scranton area.
12. If contacted as a winner, you must sign and submit a release form by the time of your first outfit fitting! Failure to do so will result in you being disqualified.
13. If chosen as a winner and the participant completes all of the outlined steps, compensation will be provided in the form of payment.
14. All winners participating in the photo shoot will be responsible for their own transportation to all fittings and the actual photoshoot to and from.
