When I called on the phone, Nicole scheduled me right away. I met with Kim the next day and she helped to get me the pefect fit. Kim was very knowledgeable and helped me to narrow down my decision. When I picked up my tux, Kim and Nicole made sure everything fit perfectly and sent me on my way. The return process was just as easy.
