George Beers helped the groom look his best and was very helpful. Returning the rentals George took the time to look at our pictures and made us feel comfortable about the whole experience.

All of our wedding party got their suits and went to the same location. The team working at Robinson Town Center Mall Location were always professional and had amazing customer service. We even went to pick up a few suits on a day where it was really busy and the customer service was still top notch. As a bride getting anxious as the suits came in about a week prior, they were able to even calm my nerves. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone needing a tux or a suit to go to this location! I will also be sharing my recommendation in the bride groups for the surrounding areas.

Last Saturday, I had a tux fitting
at Destiny USA (Syracuse) and was very impressed with the staff and the experience. They moved very quickly yet thoroughly through the groomsmen and got us on our way in a short amount of time. I’d like to give a 5 star review however the facilities were a bit worn, could use some financial investment especially in the fitting areas which appeared to be quite worn in from what I recall. The $226 rental for a 1 night event (likely have the tux on for approximately 6 hours) is a bit steep and would like to see Tuxedo Junction take a hard look at the revenue model and see if they can’t sacrifice a little for the sake of the common man.

The 3minute Dollar dance was a huge hit and I won!!! Just shy of $800… my jeweler was at the wedding and announced she would match the amount….. so I’ll be headed to get myself a piece of jewelry to remind me of that fun and memorable dance.

My appointment went incredibly easily
from selecting a tuxedo style, tie, and pocket square to a complete set of measurements in about 20 minutes. Mark was extremely efficient and answered all of my questions immediately displaying his knowledge of wedding etiquette and his extensive experience in the tuxedo fitting and rental field.

The tux fit very well. The only thing was that the first person who fitted me mis-measured me. At the initial try on when the tux was delivered…the tux jacket was too small and the tux shirt was too big. After changing the garment sizes it fit very well. It just cost me an additional visit.

Everyone looked great for the wedding and pictures. Pick up and drop off was easy, although we had to request a few extra days for drop off since the original return date was the day after the wedding, which just wasn’t practical. It also would have been nice to receive the suits earlier than they were available, so that any changes could be made if necessary, and also to allow more flexibility in pickup times.
Went for initial measurements prior to my son’s wedding.
Tom was friendly and professional. My son and his groomsmen were fitted in the other Sarno location, and I was able to use the Denville location which was more convenient for me.

its manager Tom, and his entire team for my wedding which was on November 1, 2024. They provided a tux for me as well as suits for my groomsmen, my father, our officiant, and our “bridesman.”
Tom and his team provided excellent measuring service for each of us who went in, and made the process of making any necessary final adjustments as painless as possible. They were able to provide different styles for those in the wedding with different roles and provided great recommendations whenever we needed expert input. Also, Tom has great recommendations for lunch spots in the Denville area!

and the associate was helpful. However, on the day of the wedding, I was surprised that the shirt didn’t fit me as expected. The shirt I tried on when I was initially measured (about a month before the wedding) was fine, but the actual shirt I received was too small. Turns out that I received a fitted shirt, which was very uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for the vest, which hide the problem to some degree, I would have been in trouble. Also, I never received the neck extender button which also contributed to some discomfort.

I recently rented a tuxedo from Sarno’s Stroudsburg location
and it couldn’t have went any better. The service was excellent the prices were reasonable. They had plenty of different tuxedos and suits to choose from. My groomsmen all live in New York and they were able to rent there tuxedos from their Farmingdale location. The return process was very easy and convenient for everyone as they had the option to leave their tuxedos at the venue for pick up. I needed a quick turnaround on my wedding suit, as well as suits for my groomsmen — I was turned down at a few other shops because it was not enough notice, but Jay assured me from the very beginning that he could help. Less than two weeks out from my wedding, the crew at Dante Zeller got me and my groomsmen fitted and set up with some truly stunning suits. Mine fit perfectly on the first try! If you’re in need of a great suit or tux, I cannot recommend this shop enough. Special shoutout to Jay for his impeccable customer service. except the grooms had an inch long tear in the pants leg that wasn’t realized until pictures were completed. We had to sew it 10 mins before the ceremony started
Suits turned out great
but it was stressful getting calls from groomsmen and the dads saying they were given the wrong vest or the wrong shoes and had to wait until new ones came in. My dad had to go pick up his new vest the day before the wedding along with a groomsmen. Seems unnecessarily stressful especially for me.

We rented our tuxedos for our wedding on 10/19.
After having a very unpleasant experience with Men’s Warehouse my now wife called and spoke with one of the women who turned everything around was able to get our group fitting in and helped us keep with in our budget. The fitting processes was very smooth and efficient especially since there were so many of us one of who was my 4 year old son who was not happy about the fitting at all. Everyone was very polite and accommodating when we needed changes made. Would highly recommend you to anyone who needs suits or tuxedos and we will definitely use you again in the future if we are in need.

Being oversized can be a challenge when finding an event outfit, but here they barely even look concerned about size.
Today it was for a wedding and they helped me pick the right selection given the season, location, and what my wife was planning on wearing.
I don’t even think of other places when I need an outfit. I head to Sarno and the team there makes it simple and easy.

Jacket was initially the wrong size and had to have it redone. Shirt sleeves were in the short side and did not extend past ends of jacket sleeves. Everything else was great. Excellent customer service.

for my wedding in July 2024. The process and coordinating was super easy. The suit fit great and I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire night! My groomsmen rented their suits and the ordering, fitting, pick up and drop off process was very convenient for them. They received a suit jacket and pants, white shirt and shoes as part of the package. All of the groomsmen felt comfortable and did not feel like the suits were too boxy on them which was a huge plus! The selection and options were a world away from our initial experience with a different vendor. We appreciated having so many things on display, the quality, and, also having a catalog to view more choices. We found everything that we wanted for our son, the groom, and he looked amazing. We are so relieved and feel confident that we made the right choices. We left feeling excited about the wedding.
We set up everything for the groomsmen to come in at their convenience and get fitted. Having so many locations simplified our arrangements for guys from three states. It was so easy.

Every time I went there, they were professional and helpful. They did a great job fitting me and were quick to answer any questions. Giving 4 stars just based on the quality of the rental itself. I understand that it is a work suit, but for $250 I would expect to get a higher quality material and general feel. Think I will just purchase a tux next time if it costs this much for mid-range fabrics.

Had 2 proms, and thought we waited way too long to come in for the first one -b but Beth and Nicole pulled through with flying colors, even with a jacket and shoe re-order for the first prom. Once the jacket and shoes were fixed, they entered all the correct information into the system for the 2nd prom which was only 3 weeks later. all though when I was originally there I was told the rental was $225.00 per Suit on the site it was $225.00 for rental, but everyone paid $228.00 when the $50.00 discount was given. In the beginning I was informed $225.00 less the $50.00 would be $175.00 I would just like some clarity. Otherwise we were very pleased with the service.

My Son needed a suit at the last minute
and despite him being very tall and skinny, Sarno came throw for us in less than 24hrs. He was fitted at 1pm and at 11am the next day the suit arrived. I have always rented from Sarno and that will forever be the case.
