Thank you for your interest in the Tuxedo by Sarno Prom Rep Program for your prom! We look forward to working with you! Below is some information about our prom rep program and how it works!
• When you sign up in our stores or on our website you will receive discount coupons to give to all of your friends with your prom rep number on them. If just 5 of your friends use the coupon you earn a free tux! Even better! If 10 of your friends rent from Tuxedo by Sarno with your coupons you will get a free tux and $100 and if 20 friends rent from us, you will earn an additional $100! That's *$200 total!
• Track your progress on line. Your prom rep number is printed on the coupons you received at the store or if you are signing up for the first time on line a number will be assigned to you. Just sign up on our Prom Rep page.
• Once you are logged in you will be able to track your coupons as they are used in the stores, refer friends through emails, post on Facebook, send tweets, and send referral text messages to get the word out! You can also print out additional coupons if you need them!

· Entries can be made until 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, October 8, 2023
· You must be enrolled in high school and at least 15 years old at the time of the photo shoot
· You must live in Indiana or a county that directly borders Indiana.
· Images must meet quality standards. We hold the right to reject any image for any reason.
· Image should not contain any watermarks or text
· Professional images are recommended – Avoid Selfies – No Modified Images or Filters
· Placeholder size is 315 x 430 pixels and image size cannot exceed 1MB
· Only individual entering Model Search may be in the photo – No couples, groups or animals
· We are not responsible for the editing of any submissions.
· Non tasteful, inappropriate, filtered or silly submissions will not be posted. Don't bother.
· There are no height requirements, we only ask to ensure good pairings at the photo shoot.
Program Details
Model Search is a regional talent search being conducted by Louie’s Tux Shop. Participating students will be required to submit their photo along with school name and graduation year online HERE and select individuals will be invited to participate in a prom photo shoot sponsored by Louie’s Tux Shop. Students have until the end of the voting period on 10/8/2023 to sign up.
Voting/Model Selection
Louie’s Tux Shop will select (5) male and (5) female entrants to be invited to the Model Search Photo Shoot scheduled to take place on Sunday, October 22, 2023. An additional (5) male and (5) female students will be selected via online voting which will begin on September 1, 2023 and will run until 11:59 p.m. EST on October 8, 2023. Voting will be limited to one vote per electronic device per day.
Eligibility Requirements:
Entrants must be 15 years of age and must be enrolled in high school at the time of the photo shoot. Students must be able to attend the photo shoot in South Bend, Indiana. Students must complete and sign a standard release document and parental consent form prior to the shoot. Students are responsible for their own travel, meals & lodging if needed.
Top Model Contest – College Scholarship
One male and one female will be selected as the “Top Model” and each will win a $1,000 scholarship from Louie’s Tux Shop. Winners will be selected on or before December 31, 2023.
The lucky winner will receive 5 Complete Wedding Suit or Tuxedo Rental Packages.
Eligibility. No purchase necessary. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old. The Contest is not open to: employees, independent contractors, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies. All United States federal, state and local laws apply. Past winners are ineligible to win a second time.
Selection of Prize Winner. One (1) prize winner will be selected as the winner of the 5 Wedding Suit or Tuxedo Rentals, winner to be drawn on March 31st, 2023.
