For the initial day when we went in to make our selection, Peter was helping us and he was awesome! He was very helpful, patient, and caring. The lighting in the room was not the best, but did not greatly impact our selection. Scheduling appointments and pick-up was easy. For some reason, one of my groomsman’s measurements did not save in the system, so he needed to resubmit them. Additionally, when one of the groomsmen went to the store, the credit card machine was down, so they told him he could pay later. Later on, they had gotten upset that he didn’t pay prior to the event, but it was not his fault the machine wasn’t working then.  They very easy to return, though the staff was not very pleasant that day.
