Lisa was absolutely a great sales representative. She was patience and always made us feel understood. We started with Rudi’s in April of 2016. Unfortunately, we had a set back and had to change the date. I called Lisa right away and she was very sympathetic and caring. In the beginning of 2017, we’ve received a phone call from Lisa. She explained to us that our tuxedos were all discounted. Lisa explained to us why they were discounted and rescheduled for the groom and the rest of the men to come in April of 2017. From that point on, Lisa was by our side. She was even able to find tuxedos that were the same price of our tuxedos from the year before. Lisa has an eye for color and design and she helped us to decided what colors looked right with our color choices.
