And I feel that Forum handled this better than I had anticipated. I had used Forum three times in the past for a full tuxedo rental and was very happy. This time I just needed a shirt, tie, and suspenders for an 8th grade formal. There were a few bumps along the way, mainly with size, but that seemed to work out. Unfortunately, the suspenders were way too big and didn’t have a tight enough clasp. I was disappointed, but my son was content- which was all that mattered. Upon return I mentioned the issue and was apologized to and credited for my rental. I would use them again for that reason.
