I received the wrong suit. I then was missing pieces. However, one person made it right. And I’m only commenting at all to tell you that the woman working your Dickson City Pa. location on St Patrick’s Day (3-17-18) in the late afternoon SAVED THE DAY and my business with Sarno. She went above and beyond and nailed every detail and fixed the problems she didn’t create. And she did it in about 30 minutes. She even pinned my corsage for the Friendly Son’s dinner that I was on my way to that evening. She did this all as the only one in the shop, waiting on three different groups at once. And did it with poise and a smile. She is an asset and I hope she is appreciated by leadership.
